> Fisherman's Cottage - finished!

Fisherman's Cottage, our latest Colliss & Quinton interior design refurbishment, is now completed... just about!!!! We need to add the finishing touches - our artworks to the walls in the bedrooms and living room, funky lettering and coat hooks in the hallway and a few soft furnishings.

We did a full interior refurbishment on this traditional fisherman's cottage, situated in a quiet street above the picturesque harbour, giving it a contemporary twist.  Designed for use as holiday cottage for professional letting, we used a colour palette of light reflective whites, shades of brown, midnight, sea blues and teal with modern furnishings by Matthew Hilton, Bo Concept, Habitat and the Original BTC Lighting Company.

We have just returned from a long weekend break there and we love the results and clearly, so do those who are renting it... only just available and already booked until October!

Fluoro Dragonflies in The Times 'Style Guide'

Just found out our "Fluoro Dragonflies" wallcovering was on the front cover of The Times 'Style Guide' in March.  Gretchen Trusted from interior design firm, Shake the Sky, specified our design last year and the results, along with the rest of the house were featured in the magazine.

We are delighted to be supplying our third set of wallcovering to a cafe in Ireland, with a fourth following very soon.  Two of the O'Hehirs cafe's, completed last year, have our Dandelions and Cowparsley wallcoverings in green and brown and the two new designs will be in in purple, gold and white.  

Thanks again to Carmel, their fabulous interior designer, for choosing our designs.

We had a lovely phone call today from Helen at Apollo Blinds. She contacted us last month to use our Fluoro Dragonflies for a shoot she was working on, and today she sent us an image of the room... and ordered our Little Ben Wall Sticker Clock for her next shoot!  Their new catalogue is available in September and having seen a few sneek images, it looks great.

We are love the results Helen!

> Not On The High Street - new retailer

We are thrilled that Not On The High Street are our latest retailer - just about the biggest and best on-line retailer anywhere!  We love their ethos "finding the most amazing, unusual things" and their ardent support for craft-led businesses.

Our products will be available this week along with some of our "Colliss & Quinton" products too.

We went away to the seaside this weekend and were dismayed to find exactly the same high street shops in gorgeous Weymouth.  What has happened to our High Street?  On-line is the only place to find the unusual and the different and we applaud the likes of NOTHS for their ethos!
