Thoroughly snowed in, in our beautiful village.  The snow arrived again on Saturday and we had over a foot by the end of the day.  Nothing was getting in or out!  Things like this force you to take it easier and we all had a wonderful day together, seeing friends and spending time in our local pub!

We feature extensively in a new book "Wallpaper Patterns" and have even made it onto the front cover with our "Dandelions and Cowparsley" design! Two spreads are shown here with others included throughout the book.

Described as "a gem of a book", we feature alongside designers Tord Boontje, Timorous Beasties and those responsible for the iconic Hotel Fox in Denmark.

At long, long last, we are close to launching our first range of children's bed linen.  Here is a sneaky peek of two in the range, with further options following on.  "Cowparsley" and "Fairy Flowers" are gloriously bright and colourful and printed onto 100% cotton.  All sets will come in a matching bag which can be used afterwards.

Colchester Hospital is the latest hospital to be using our wallcoverings in their soon to open Childrens Ward.  They will feature our "Fluoro Dragonflies" in the Parents Lounge, Pre-Admissions Waiting Room and the Waiting Area, the "Tree of Life" in the Playroom, "Ride the Waves" in the Sitting Room and "Dancing Dolphins" in the Paediatric Assessment Waiting Area.

> Show stand design

We have recently completed a very exciting commission to desgn a 'show stand' for our Chelsea Gold medal winners at GLEE this year with our 'Colliss and Quinton' company. Designed in three sections, it featured their natural stone garden products, Designer products and a central meeting area with their new slate interior range. We designed wallpaper for the meeting area and used Barcelona sofas and fabulous white glossy units to create a high end look and specified all the fabulous cacti for the planting.

We are about to start working with them on a new product range, incorporating large scale stone urns inscribed with metals and other natural stone!

Thanks to Karine from Bodie & Fou for letting us know that our "Big Ben" Wall Sticker Clock was featured in the Daily Mail yesterday.

> Modern Art Oxford

We were invited to a preview of works by Manfred Pernice and Simon and Tom Bloor at Modern Art Oxford on Thursday evening.   We had lovely, cultured evening and some fab food at Wagamama's afterwards (thanks Helen).

If you haven't visited recently, you must!  Aside from the art, the cafe is amazing with Richard Woods wood-block print, Eames DSR and Robin Day Polo chairs, fab cakes and coffee and a fantastic Gift Shop with the most covetable array of arty goodies around!

It has been ages since we last updated our blog!  We have had a very, very busy summer but thankfully, it is all calming down now.  We have designed a show stand for our Chelsea Gold medal clients at the NEC, completed two childrens bedrooms and bathrooms, got our Grade 1 Listed Planning Consent for the London flat we are working on (with our "Colliss & Quinton" company) and are half way through the bathroom re-design!  Our new Autumn/Winter products are nearing readiness for production and we have received more press/blog attention and enquiries from stockists.

> Colliss & Quinton - kitchen design

Very excited about an interior project we are doing with our Colliss & Quinton company for a client in London.  We are doing a full refurbishment on a Grade 1 listed flat.  The kitchen, although small, is going to be super glam and fab!  Bespoke units, Corian worktops, travertine splashbacks, Kartell lighting, Amtico flooring and lots of lovely gadgets!

We have had a huge amount of orders for our "Fantasia" mural in pink over the last two weeks.  It seems a lot of decorating is being done over the sumer holidays!

The Wall Stickers co-ordinate beautifully with the mural and are a statement in their own right.

> Fisherman's Cottage - finished!

Fisherman's Cottage, our latest Colliss & Quinton interior design refurbishment, is now completed... just about!!!! We need to add the finishing touches - our artworks to the walls in the bedrooms and living room, funky lettering and coat hooks in the hallway and a few soft furnishings.

We did a full interior refurbishment on this traditional fisherman's cottage, situated in a quiet street above the picturesque harbour, giving it a contemporary twist.  Designed for use as holiday cottage for professional letting, we used a colour palette of light reflective whites, shades of brown, midnight, sea blues and teal with modern furnishings by Matthew Hilton, Bo Concept, Habitat and the Original BTC Lighting Company.

We have just returned from a long weekend break there and we love the results and clearly, so do those who are renting it... only just available and already booked until October!
